A 12-week interactive journey through the principles and practice of Āyurveda.

Designed to help you learn the foundational principles which Āyurveda is built on and apply
them in a very individualistic way to your life.

In this program, you will explore 10 key areas of life that contribute to a complete state of health, along with the tools and techniques that help improve and maintain health in these
areas, leading to an overall state of well-being.

This program will not provide you with a rigid ‘list’ of things to do. Rather, it will help you cultivate self-awareness by applying time-tested principles to your life in a conscious and meaningful way.

See schedule below.

FAQs

Whilst live attendance is ideal, it may not always be possible. All live sessions will be recorded for you to watch whenever it works for you. If you have any questions, you can send them in ahead of time or follow up after watching the recording.

Absolutely. Whilst the program is taught live over 12-weeks, all classes are recorded for you to watch or re-watch at your own pace. You can always reach out via the program portal should you have any questions.

That’s ok. If you’re entering the class late, please ensure your microphone is on mute. And, if you are leaving early, it is not necessary to type anything into the chat. This ensures for minimal disruption.

The only things you will need for this program are a reliable device (such as a phone, laptop
or tablet), a stable internet connection and something to jot down your notes and questions.

There is no prerequisite reading for this program. During the course of the program, additional resources will be shared with you as supporting practical material for the week’s
theoretical topic that may include pdf diagrams, pre-recorded videos or reference material.

No preparation is required for the course, however you will be invited to apply the knowledge shared during each week for your health benefit.

Yes! Each 2 hour live class will have the last 30 minutes dedicated to a Q&A session. If you are unable to attend live or have questions that come up in between sessions, you can always submit them via the program portal and they will be answered.

Yes, this program has a community forum where you can connect with other students, share your experience, ask questions or keep each other accountable. You are encouraged to get involved!

I understand and often hear from patients in the clinic that they had tried Āyurveda or learning about Āyurveda before and found it overwhelming as it has often come across as a giant list of ‘things to do’ in an already busy and overwhelming life. But, what sets this program apart is that it teaches you how to cultivate greater self-awareness and therefore know what is the right thing to apply at the right time.

You will have time for application and integration, even beyond the conclusion of the program.

The program encourages you to take one step at a time, apply it, integrate it and allow it to become a part of you before taking the next step.

For some, this may be as fast as the program’s 12-week pace. And for others, they may take the 12-weeks to take in the knowledge, marinate in it and then go at their own pace to apply that knowledge.
