Manda – Rice water

Servings 1-2 serves Ingredients ¼ cup (50g) aged basmati rice 3 ½ cups cool, clean water Pinch of Himalayan rock salt Method Wash rice thoroughly by rubbing it in a bowl of water with your hands. Drain the water and repeat the process 3-4 times or until the water runs clear.
