A 12-week interactive journey through the principles and practice of Āyurveda. Designed to help you learn the foundational principles which Āyurveda is built on and apply them in a very individualistic way to your life. In this program, you will explore 10 key areas of life that contribute to a complete state of health, along with the tools and techniques that help improve and maintain health in these areas, leading to an overall state of well-being. This program will not provide you with a rigid ‘list’ of things to do. Rather, it will help you cultivate self-awareness by applying time-tested principles to your life in a conscious and meaningful way.

When we think of good health, we often think of the absence of a disease, illness, condition, or diagnosis. But is this a complete state of health? One of the great contributors to Āyurveda and also considered to be the father of surgery, Suśruta defined a complete state of health via this śloka (verse): Samadoṣahaḥ samāgniśca samadhātumalakriyaḥ | Prasannātmendriyamanāḥ svastha ityabhidhīyate || Su. Sū. 15/41
